STRATACACHE Announces Acquisition of New Network and Hosting Center Campus in Iowa

STRATACACHE announced in November 2020 the successful acquisition
of an existing call center building in Waterloo, Iowa. STRATACACHE will
convert the former 1,100+ seat OCWEN/GMAC Mortgage Support Center
into the company’s Network Operations and Data Center facility.
“Despite a challenging economic environment, we’re proud to be expanding
our business and investing in resources to support our customers, while
creating new technology-focused jobs in the middle of the country”, said
Chris Riegel, CEO of STRATACACHE.
The acquisition was the second of three buildings the company has acquired
in the last year. The company will hire approximately 200 employees initially,
and will access the State of Iowa’s Job Training Program administered
in the Cedar Valley through Hawkeye Community College.
