Cedar Valley Wage and Benefit Survey

The Cedar Valley Regional Partnership, in partnership with the University of Northern Iowa, will be conducting a regional wage and benefit survey in May 2021. The survey is in response to the need for existing businesses to be able to access good, timely data since so much has changed in the last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The report will be published later this summer, providing a tangible and timely resource that Cedar Valley businesses can utilize in support of their talent recruitment and retention efforts.
